The Perfect Match

There was a time when I was in between jobs and I decided to meet with one of my favourite lecturers from college, who was then working in a leading hotel property as a training manager. I expressed my eagerness to work for a professional company. Size nor pay were of much importance but just professionalism is all that matters. He asked me if I am looking for a perfect match to get married!

Many times I am reminded of this incident till date when interacting with clients and candidates. On the one hand, there are candidates looking for the right job and on the other there are clients looking for the right candidate. The situation gets difficult when both don't look at each other eye to eye. In their own right, they refuse to look at the opportunity in each of them.

We try to create a career option for all the candidates who are seeking our services, not just job opportunities.
